Gorgeous sausage-thighed wonderlove Beyonce, won
four gongs at the Billboard Music Awards in the States. The R'nB-ootilicious babe bizarrely bagged new (but sadly not nude) female artist of the year and new R'nB artist. Although, we're sure she's been around as a solo artist for at least two years, and with Destiny's Child for yonks. No matter. She also nabbed the Hot 100 female artist and a special Hot 100 award for most weeks at No1. "This has been an incredible year," she swooned. Tedious rap god and soon-to-face rap charge, R Kelly also scooped four big ones at the award-fest. Although indicted on kiddie porn charges, he won the Hot 100 songwriter, R'nB songwriter, Hot 100 producer and best R'nB producer. Big loser of the night was bullet-ridden hard-man (honest) 50 Cent. Coming in to the evening, he was up for six nominations at the MGM Grand hotel-casino in Las Vegas. He only won three awards - for top artist, R'nB artist and rap artist. Which doesn't really make him a loser, but what the hey. Meanwhile, tantric-sex bore Sting received the Century Award for creative achievement. For his music, we presume. |
